Shipping and Returns
We strive to ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days from the day the order was placed.
Shipping Methods and Availability
The shipping method is selected by the purchaser during the checkout process. The shipping method selected will determine the number of days it will take from time of shipment to arrival at the ship-to address.
Shipping methods currently available include UPS and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping prices are determined based on the selected shipping method based on the size and/or weight of the package(s).
All orders received after 10:00a.m. CST will be shipped the following business day.
Orders will be shipped in as few reasonably-sized packages as possible.
We pride ourselves on great quality and customer service; we want you to be completely happy with your order.
New, unopened product may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of the original purchase. Shipping and handling of new product returns is non-refundable.
Damaged or defective product will be replaced by Shared Wisdom if reported within 14 days of the date of original purchase. Damaged or defective product may not be required to be returned before replacement. Digital photographs of the damage may be requested in lieu of returns.
Discounted or sale merchandise is non-refundable.
For all returns, please email email@example.com requesting a Return Authorization Number (RA#). In your email, please describe the reason for the return and provide your original order number (if available), name and phone number.
Please write the RA# on the outside of the return packaging.
Refund credits will be issued within 4-6 business days after your return has been received and inspected by Shared Wisdom. Refunds will be credited to the credit card of the original order only.
